The delicate yet focused bouquet highlights aromas of toasty citrus along with hints of yeast and popcorn. Light-medium bodied, the firm palate highlights dried apples and pears mingled with hints of sweet spice. As the flavors develop towards the backpalate, the textures turn round and viscous with a finish that is both soft and fruity as it lingers pleasantly.

Deeply pitched and chewy in texture, offering broad orchard and pit fruit flavors and a hint of bitter citrus zest. Finishes with very good length and energy, leaving buttered toast and lees notes behind. This Champagne seems to be approaching its drinking window.
